La limpieza y la atención también son aspectos a destacar.
En mi caso, fui en pareja y el baño está separado por una mampara de vidrio. Si no fuera solo por eso. Sería perfecto el lugar.
La ubicación es maravillosa a 5 min de la Grand Central, y a 15 minutos de Times Square, una zona muy tranquila.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y en el hotel había un bar en el que poder estar con muy buen ambiente.
Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, pero nosotros no necesitamos más ya que te tiras todo el día visitando muchas cosas y solo era para descansar. Y debajo de la cama hay hueco para dejar las maletas.
La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba muy limpia, la única pega que le pondría es que la ducha es de techo.
La camera era buona, il letto un po' troppo morbido (per me) e il bagno era pulito, con doccia calda!
L'unica cosa un po' strana era il miscelatore del rubinetto e della doccia che erano singoli e bisognava abituarsi a gestire l'acqua calda-fredda.
La stanza veniva pulita quotidianamente, con federe e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno.
Inoltre la struttura ha un lounge bar molto carino con servizio colazione, biliardo e sala ping pong.
La sera fanno anche servizio drink pub, tutto in stile un po' speakeasy.
Ci tornerò volentieri al prossimo viaggio a NY!
Łazienka jest czysta, zawsze jest ciepła woda, jest też suszarka do włosów.
Jedyne czego nam brakowało to mini lodówka. Ze względu na małą powierzchnię, klimatyzacja szybko chłodzi jak i szybko nagrzewa pomieszczenie. Po dwóch prysznicach w pokoju robi się bardzo szybko parno.
Pokój służy nam jako baza wypadowa i głównie do spania, bo większość czasu poświęcamy na zwiedzanie. Jeśli podchodzisz do tematu podobnie - będziesz zadowolony. Jeśli oczekujesz luksusu i przestrzeni to nie ten adres.
Jeśli kiedyś znowu uda się nam wybrać do NY - POD39 będzie pierwszym adresem który sprawdzimy.
Negatíva: dosť slabé tesnenie okien veľmi počuť všetko z ulice + dosť cez ne prefukovalo, ale dalo sa vyspať. Kúri sa klimatizáciou, ktorá pri klesnutí nastavenej teploty zapína a dosť hlučne. V noci ma to niekedy budilo. Pri check-ine trebalo zaplatiť ešte zálohu 160 dolárov, ktorá má byť vrátená. O tom sme neboli dopredu informovaní.

Location was fantastic, close to Grand Central and some pretty good restaurants.
The front desk staff were amazing and we were able to check in early, which was a saving grace.
The room was as expected, small. We got the queen pod. There’s basically no storage and one side of the bed had no outlets. The TV was skipping horribly and I had to weasel my hand back there to tighten the coaxial cable that had seen better days. The TV does not have a swinging mount and faces the door. HDMI ports don’t work on the TV. The windows have a jail cell vibe. For New York it was relatively quiet.
They have this bar/game room area in the lobby, but couldn’t get any food or drink there. Their computer system didn’t have the drinks in yet, and their main focus is breakfast, and they had just turned the toaster off. Our bartender was new and apologetic, but that’s a serious oversight. Not sure what the point was when you cannot order anything.
