We were also looking forward to the sunbathing area, pool and terrace on the roof area but this resembled a building site and was a hazard. It’s no way near a 4 star hotel, struggling to give a 3 to be honest!
DO NOT book the hotel taxi service for airport pickup! It’s more than double the price of an Uber.

제가 1층에서 지내서 계속 귀찮게 뭐 물어봤는데 항상 웃으면서 응대해줬어요! 날씨 안 좋아서 힘들었는데 덕분에 세비야에서 좋은 기억 가지고 떠납니다

+ 방 컨디션도 좋았어요 깔끔하고..! 침대도 편해서 푹 잤어요. 사진에는 다 안 나왔는데, 방도 크고 화장실도 큽니다 (골목이라 처음에 캐리어 끌기가 약간 힘든데, 호텔 들어가는 순간 다 잊혀집니다ㅎㅎ 대성당이랑 가까워서 돌아다니기엔 편했어요)

It’s the best hotel in Seville! Everyone is friendly, especially Carlos!!!!! He is truly the most kind and gentle person!
As soon as I got there, I was having a hard time because of the heat, so he gave me a welcome drink, gave me some fruit, drinks and water...! Also he explained about the good spot to look around. He gave me everything????
Since I stayed on the first floor, I kept bothering him to ask questions, but he always responded with a smile!
It was difficult to travel because of the weather, but thanks to Carlos, I left Seville with good memories.

+ The room condition was good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable so I slept well. Both the room and bathroom were large.
We called the evening before to ensure that the room was still reserved because the email chain had been so frustrating. The person on the phone was wonderful and asked for our arrival time, so the room could be ready. We told her the time of our train, and she said that they would try to make it available, or they would hold our luggage. Upon arrival, you will need to have a map open. The streets are inaccessible for a car, and they can be confusing.
Upon arrival, I gave our names and the woman at the front desk said that she didn’t see it. It was not until my husband showed up behind me, that she found us. The woman who works the front desk seemed to be intentionally obtuse. She said the room was not available and put a sticker on my suitcase that still will not come off to hold the suitcases.
When we were able to get into the room, it smelled heavily of cleaning fluid. The room was spacious, but understated need of deep cleaning. The bathroom is dated, but large. The hotel is situated in a good location, but be aware it is only accessible on foot if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues.
I would also say that the breakfast was the worst we experienced in Spain. There was adequate selection, but taste and quality were awful.

La estancia fue sin ningún tipo de problema, la habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada y tenía unas vistas preciosas.
