Very kind and welcoming personnel. Thinking along with me. Great English. I felt super welcome and had a great stay. Rooms clean and airy. Nice views from the balcony. Best location. All in all definitely a recommendation.

Schreckliche Erfahrung!
Die Hotelinfo war ausschließlich in französch. Der Parkplatz in einem runtergekommenen Parkhaus ohne Lift 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Auf den Zimmerpreis kommen für Hund und Auto nochmal unverschämte 50% der Übernachtungskosten hinzu. Das Zimmer runterkommen und mit störenden Geräuschen und stinkt. Check In 20 Minuten, da man den Übernachtungspreis trotz Buchung über Booking im Voraus mit zusätzlichen € 150 Garantie kassiert. Wenn Du hier erholt eincheckst, kommst Du gerädert wieder raus…

Hotel nel cuore pedonale del centro storico di grenoble, il cui accesso e' facilitato da un parcheggio a pagamento proprio a 30 metri. Abbiamo optato epr una stanza superiore molto grande e accogliente, con una grande bagno design e funzionale. La colazione non vanta una scelta enorme di prodotti, ma tutti di buona qualità. Purtoppo e' stato un soggiorno toccata e fuga di una sola notte, ma decisamente piacevole e da rifare.

dommage que le check in soit réalisé par des personnes qui n’ont aucun sens de l’accueil
ce qui n’a pas été le cas pour le check out je tiens à la préciser pour le départ il y avait des vrais professionnels

Brutta esperienza prenotiamo due camere con posteggio per due moto il personale conferma la camera , al nostro arrivo il personale ci dice che il posteggio non è custodito, gli diciamo che c’è ne andiamo, il personale ci dice di posteggiarle davanti Hotel che le vedeva lui , alla mattina ci svegliamo le moto non c’erano più (rubate) nel frattempo c’è stato il cambio di turno e il personale presente non sapeva niente , vi sembra normale che spariscono due moto e non avvisa oltre che a noi neanche i suoi colleghi ?

A perfect stay in a lovely hotel. The location is perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, everything is superbly and professionally run with great attention to detail. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice and good quality ingredients. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Grenoble so enjoyable!

Very nice indeed. Just about the perfect location, a very short walk from the nearest tram station and just around the corner from the town square. It is at the edge of the old town, and so a short work from the most interesting part of the city. Nice room, with good air conditioning when the outside temperature touched 100° Fahrenheit. Soufian at the front desk was most hospitable. If I had to knock anything, it would be the 17 Euro breakfast, where the choices were more limited than I expected.

We were placed in the recently renovated room. We really liked the view from the balcony. Not sure if there was AC, but there was free wifi. Parking is within distance (public garage), just ask for a reduce parking fee (from 33 to 19 euros). We had to carry our luggage from the parking all the way to the hotel. Upon checking out though, this very friendly front desk said my husband can pick up the car (he was given code to be able to park just outside of the hotel) and helped us with the luggage. Thanks to that receptionist. I didn't get his name ????

Hôtel à fuir !
Chambre dites 4 étoiles louer au prix de 117 euros, pour découvrir une chambre minuscule à la limite de l’insalubrité je m’explique.
Mur abîmé, salle de bain détériorée, jaunis et sale. Lit « deux place » minuscule et literie bas de gamme. Globalement une chambre sale et bas de gamme.
Et pour finaliser ont c’est rendus compte le matin que la fenêtre était casser, elle ne ce ferme pas complètement.
De plus ont vous annonce après la réservation et payement de la chambre, qu’une caution est demander en plus
En conclusion hôtel à éviter si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour.

Cette hôtel ne fait pas partie d'une chaîne et mérite d'être connu.

Un vrai 4* digne de ce nom en plein coeur du centre ville de Grenoble
Un service de grande qualité !
Des chambres superbes au confort parfait !
et du triple vitrage à indiquer qui préserve du bruit possible en centre ville.
Allez y les yeux fermés !
