Bonjour c'est Les Jardins de Cidamos. Depuis l'année dernière vous n'avais pas réglé des factures malgré les innombrables relances. Maintenant on essaie par ce biais, pour voir si quelqu'un fait preuve d'honnêteté dans votre "groupe" (Unimoco) ou (encore -mieux)

Ils sont vraiment trop fort, des petits plats bien goûtus, un service chaleureux et une superbe ambiance. Bravo à la Team ! Mais revenez à Montpellier après car vous nous manquez déjà !

Cuisine éphémère le temps d’un été à l’hôtel présent : des assiettes savoureuses à partager, une belle carte des vins, des cocktails originaux à déguster sur le roof top et une équipe incroyable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Une nouvelle équipe jeune, enthousiaste et passionnée s’est installée en résidence pour le restaurant et le bar.
Jeune mais déjà super expérimentée et tout est parfait.
Les cocktails sont excellents et raffinés, la carte est concise mais les plats très bien exécutés avec des produits soigneusement choisis et des sauces originales et délicieuses.
Profitez de leur présence cet été et foncez !

C’est une expérience ! |Si vous aimez le vintage et voulez vous replonger dans les années « 70 » c est là qu’il faut venir. Petit hôtel bien placé, calme du moins en cette saison .|Dommage qu’il n y ai pas d’accueil tout s’effectue avec son téléphone portable, l’ouverture et la fermeture d’entrée de l’hôtel et celle de la chambre. ( il faut penser à charger son tel avant de sortir ????)|Parking non loin payant |Le Petit déjeuner n’est pas de grande qualité ni très diversifié, dommage…

Non ho capito lo stile dell’hotel, ammesso che ci sia. L’impressione è che sia un po’ rinnovato, un po’ raffazzonato. Il bagno della nostra camera aveva la doccia a vista (zero privacy) e la stanza del wc con una luce fioca inquietante. Pavimento in resina che doveva sembrare industrial ma pareva sporco. Comodini in vimini abbastanza boh. Colazione varia e di qualità. Abbiamo incontrato una sola persona dello staff, molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale.

Une dématérialisation pour faire des économies mal réalisée : pas de réception physique, la femme de ménage doit jouer les réceptionniste et la serveuse. Comment peut elle faire son travail correctement ? Le ménage des chambres en pâtit forcément, et nous l’avons constaté. On vous épargne les détails …
Merci tout de même à cette dame de ménage pour sa dispo et sa bonne humeur, courage, on espère que le management évoluera rapidement.

Passionnés de design nous sommes dans notre élément, décoration léchée et très belle sélection d’objet.

Bravo à Mathilde qui manage d’une main de maître et qui saura rendre l’expérience parfaite.

Le service était assez froid, et bien que la carte des cocktails semble prometteuse sur le papier, les réalisations étaient un peu décevantes au niveau gustatif. Les plats sont corrects, mais le rapport qualité-prix semble un peu élevé pour ce qui est proposé. On y mange bien, mais ce n’est pas exceptionnel.

When booking I was not alerted that there is no staffed hotel reception off-season, even at the weekend. The room was clean and stylish; emailed door entry instructions meant we did get inside. However as we didn't book breakfast, we saw no staff during our one-night stay so were unable to request if we could leave our bags until our train departure much later in the day; messaging elicited no response. On the plus side, the hotel was midway by foot between train station and the centre of Arles.

10/10 !! Everything in this hotel is so perfectly done. I loved the room I stayed in which was in even nicer in real life than on pictures (never happens). The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom super clean plus I really liked the staff and the way they communicated. Highly recommended this beautiful place!

I was not made aware of the self check in process at time of booking. A day before my check in I received an email stating the off season (October - March) is self check in and I would be receiving self check in instructions. We arrived at the property with no instructions on how to check in. Thankfully there was a staff member leaving the building who helped us contact the property manager to get the digital key. It was a chaotic check in to say the least!
If there wasn’t a staff person there we would have had no idea how to use the elevator.
The room was fun and colorful and the fridge was a nice touch. We enjoyed the spacious balcony several times.
The basic amenities were lacking - only 2 tea bags and coffee pods for a 3 night stay and 1 sliver of soap.
The shower needs some improvement - even a short shower floods the entire floor of the bathroom all the way to the sink.

The hotel is located in an animated popular neighborhood at 700m from the railway station. The ground floor is shared with a restaurant, a lateral door, dedicated to the hotel, is activated with an electronic key, sent before arrival. An electronic key is also available for the room but in this case a physical key is provided. There isn’t a real elevator, to overcome this issue, a system, composed by a transparent tube with an internal capsule has been installed. One person ( without luggage) can be accommodated in the capsule and pushed by compressed air up to the floors. It is original but a bit scaring and claustrophobic. Rooms do not have television. Personnel are kind.

We had a wonderful evening at the hotel’s restaurants. The staff was very friendly and took time to guide us through the menu. The set menu itself was extraordinary. Massiv shoutout to the chef! With a little help we picked a nice accompanying natural wine. Overall highly recommended dinner experience. Which felt fairly priced.

We’ve had a marvelous stay at Hôtel Présent in Arles.
Already before our stay we were met very kindly when we had some questions regarding our stay.
The hotel is easily accessible at the city gate not far from the train station.
We booked the hotel because we loved their interior design. The rooms are not big but the bathrooms are generously sized and they have made the most of it with beautiful choices in colours and materials with strong references to the late 70s/early 80s, but all very neat.
The staff was super friendly and we were allowed to check-in earlier than planned and we even got an upgrade to a room with a balcony - which I would recommend anyone to book.
We did not try their breakfast or their cocktail bar, but we took advantage of their amazing natural wine selection in the minibar that they have elaborated in collaboration with the natural wine bar Ivresse in Marseille.
All in all we had a fantastic stay, and we recommend everyone going to Arles to stay at Hôtel Présent.

Merveilleux week-end au sein de l’hôtel Présent ! Notre chambre était un voyage dans le temps, le souci du détail est partout, les livres proposés, la sélection des vins dans la mini-cave, la décoration évidemment. La literie est un vrai nuage. Nous avons passé un week-end hors du temps à l’hôtel présent. Un magnifique lieu à découvrir et à redécouvrir ????
Y retournerai-je ? Oui ! ^^

Super accueil, d’une rare qualité avec de belles adresses arlésiennes en recommandations. Décoration sans faute de goût : simple, authentique, vintage, ludique. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu tester le restaurant en hiver mais concept de chefs itinérants séduisant ! Très belle sélection de vins vivants et gros coup de cœur pour la mini cave dans les chambres. Tout ce qu’on aime avec un vent de fraîcheur. Encore merci nous reviendrons rien que pour votre établissement !

For tourists traveling alone in Arles, I would say it is definitely the best accommodation.
