Location is superb, 2 min walk to the beach, you have old town, restaurants bars all in short walk away, owner David is great and very helpful, room was clean, air-conditioning was also super clean and worked perfectly, I'm 5.9, (175cm) and bed was little short, and little to hard, really no place to hang up your stuff after being on the beach , would I recommend it? Absolutely, and I would book it again.

Hotel très charmant et parfaitement bien placé. David est accueillant et d'exellents conseils pour visiter les environs. Il s'adapte à nos attentes. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Charmant hôtel idéalement situé. Un propriétaire qui nous fait profiter de sa connaissance des lieux à visiter, des endroits pour sortir. Tout est à recommander dans cet hôtel et nous y retournerons.

It was like staying at a good buddy's house. David, the hotel owner who actually does everything for the guests, was always present to help out with anything and everything - he even threw in a few surprises related to the Cannes Film Festival! David provided advice on where to eat, what to do, how to get there, and of course, he took care of everything from check-in to check-out. It is a small quaint boutique hotel with a lot of charm. Not your typical standardized, sterile chain hotel experience, but one that suits the ambiance of the area perfectly - a seaside resort, near the port and Old Cannes. You can't beat the location, just seconds from the port with its great cafes/restaurants, lovely sandy beaches and just opposite a pleasant green park. You can also easily walk to the "Croissette" in minutes while taking in some great sights along the way (impressive yachts, lively beach clubs, stunning architecture...) - a really top location! Hotel rooms were spacious, clean as a whistle and well appointed. The air conditioner, when needed, worked perfectly. It was an awesome stay at Hotel Couleurs du Sud, but what made it the greatest was the warmth and generous hospitality of its owner, David.

Hôtel très confortable idéalement situé à proximité des plages de sable (1 minute à pieds!), tout près de la vieille ville et de ses excellents restaurant. David, le propriétaire, est super sympa et toujours prompt à vous faire partager ses bons plans pour découvrir Cannes. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Un accueil très chaleureux, David a su nous conseiller sur les sorties restaurants et activités de Cannes, l’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la plage et du quartier du Suquet, chambres avec un charme certain dans un ancien bâtiment de la ville rempli d’histoire. Je recommande !

Point très fort ! A 5 minutes à pied des plages et 10 du centre ville
Prix à la hauteur …. Même si on aimerais peut être un côté plus moderne
