Appelé à siéger a la cour d assise, j ai mangé pendant 2 semaines au restaurant.
J ai pris généralement la formule du jour plat dessert. La cuisine est bonne et variée et les portions sont bonnes.

Prenotato su booking. Camere piccole ma confortevoli e ben pulite. Personale cordiale e disponibile anche se in effetti la reception la si vede poco.

J'ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel, une fois en novembre et la deuxième fois du 8 au 11 mai. Et très satisfaite les deux fois, une équipe au top depuis le Boss jusqu'aux employés, des personnes chaleureuses, serviables et empathiques. Bravo à Mathieu, Maxence, la dame blonde que nous côtoyons ma fille et moi tous les matins ainsi que tous les autres serveurs. De plus très bien placé. Allez y les yeux fermés même s'il ne possède pas d'ascenseur et n'est pas bien insonorisé ce qui n'est qu'un détail au vu de l'accueil

J’ai pris une chambre dans cet établissement à la dernière minute, le rapport qualité prix était plutôt bon. La chambre était globalement propre et l’emplacement est top, en plein cœur de Rouen. Le seul bémol, l’isolation des chambres, je pouvais suivre la discussion de mes voisins de chambre. Cependant, je reviendrai ici si j’ai de nouveau besoin.

Première fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel, très très bien placé en face du palais de justice, très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pieds, très bel accueil et très bon petit déjeuner, les chambres sont belles, pas d'ascenseur 4 étages et pas de parking.
Mais très belle découverte.

I then inquired if they had champagne, and the woman with short white hair confirmed they did, though she hesitated for a moment. I ordered two glasses, and as I watched, I saw the bartender inside open a bottle of Prosecco—a cheap brand I know well from my work in the industry. She served it as champagne and immediately presented the bill: €20.||I couldn’t help but wonder—was this because we were tourists? Did they assume we wouldn’t know the difference? In France, a country so close to the Champagne region, you don’t expect this, especially in a central bar. I’ve worked in hospitality for years, particularly in the champagne business in the UK, and this was the first time I’ve ever seen Prosecco served as champagne—in France, of all places.||Of course, I didn’t argue. I paid the bill and chose not to embarrass the waitress by asking to see the bottle in front of other guests. But it’s truly disappointing. If you're visiting, be mindful of what you're paying for—don’t let them fool you. Always check the quality of what you’re served.

Scam!! They cancelled our booking 2h before our arrival (the day before we confirmed as usual) apparently they had water damage. They didnt offer alternative and didnt want to cancel the reservation on booking.com, if we would do it, we would be charged. They are lying to us. Months after this, we still didnt receive reimbursement and now they are saying to booking.com we stayed there!!!! Shame, horrible management.
Edit: I have a proof from booking.com that you informed them that we stayed at your hotel, which is a lie!

Tres déçu du repas, cela faisait cinq ans que je n était pas venu dîner, petite dose de frites, viande dure, dessert pas bon (profiteroles dont la pate avait l air racie, tres dur avec chocolat froid !!!), je recommandais mais plus maintenant

Nous avons voulu boire un café a 16h30, nous avons attendu désespérément que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande, ils sont passés de nombreuses fois à côté de nous mais faute d avoir pu passer notre commande nous sommes partis au bout de 30mns sans avoir pû consommer.????????

Personnel peu aimable. Comme d'autres commentaires, l'arrivée à l'hôtel a été un cauchemar. La chambre sentait le renfermé et la couverture était très tachée. L'établissement aurait besoin de beaucoup de soins. Les escaliers étaient difficiles à monter. L'emplacement était bon mais je ne reviendrais pas ici.

The waitress was the most ignorant and frustrated individual I have ever came across in my life.
We stopped for a drink in the midday heat, we had brunch a couple of hours prior so we’re not particularly hungry but asked to look at the menu for something light, I asked for a crepe of which there was a variety on the menu, “only on weekends”. Ok, just drinks then. Visibly frustrated she ripped the cutlery etc from the table.
Sat and had our drinks, then we asked for the bill, “inside”. Ok then.
Just avoid. The worst ‘hospitality’ experience of my life. There’s better places, even with typical French attitude!
