Stayed at the Sofitel Dubai Palm in 2023 for my birthday and looking forward to going back for some well deserved TLC.Kudos to Sandip Concierge and all the staff for 5 star treatment , hospitality and service.I can’t wait to return.

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal im Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Der Service im Frühstückrestaurant durch Waqas ist äußerst zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir empfehlen bei Buchung Palm View zu wählen, denn der Ausblick ist einfach sensationell. Für das Dinner gibt es zahlreiche und vielfältige Möglichkeiten, die wir alle ausprobierten. Fazit: wir kommen wieder. Kompliment!

Des cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée , le sol de la salle de bain collant et surtout une seule personne pouvait se doucher car pas assez d eau chaude !!! Je n ai jamais eu cela dans un 5 étoiles .
Du tartre sur les robinets mon mari a nettoye devant eux avec une brosse à dent ! Une honte .
Et la piscine le dégoûtante des frites au sol et des jus renversé dans le faux gazon tout autour ! Très très sale dégoûtant . Moche et sale !

Dinner buffet in manava from mr nabeel is very tasty. The Staff is verry nice.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und wird immer frisch beim Buffet nachgefüllt. Das Personal, besonders mein Freund Waqas, war sehr aufmerksam und stets bereit allen Gästen zu helfen und Ihre Wünsche zu realisieren.

Our stay here was amazing. Special mention to Anthony who served us and treated us with respect. Anthony also surprised my mum with a complimentary birthday cake! Many thanks, will be back again.

Amazing experience @sofitel palm, the service is great at each area of the hotel : rooms, pools, restaurants. Special note for @Tricia at the fitness, she gently suggest a shaker for me, much appreciated ????

Superbe hôtel situé sur la Palm non loin de l'Atlantis. On en prend plein les yeux dès l'arrivée, lobby gigantesque avec fontaines et mur végétal. Plusieurs piscines disséminées dans les jardins, la piscine principale à vue sur la Palm et de la plage pleine vue sur Dubaï, l'Atlantis et le Burj Al Arab.
Conseil : pensez à réserver votre table le soir dans les restaurants à la carte et éviter les chambres vue Palm au 1er étage car la vue y est plus que limitée.

We had a wonderful time, staff were always helpful, especially Salman who went out of his way help us check in early. We arrived early before check in and Salman went above and beyond helping us to get to our room in a timely manner. He was helpful throughout our stay.
The restaurants and food and kids activities were great.
Would definitely come back again!
